Players Association Membership

The purpose of this clinic is to introduce the sport, develop basic skills, and foster a love for lacrosse in a safe, fun, and inclusive environment.

• Age Group 5-9 year olds
• Tuesday and Thursday evenings in March | 5:30pm-6:30pm
• Equipment needed | Youth Lacrosse Stick | no pads or gear needed for this introductory stage

Week 1 | Introduction to Lacrosse

Week 2 | Sticking with It

• Ground balls
• Defense
• Shooting

Week 3 | Catching and Throwing

• Cradling
• Passing/Catching
• Shooting

Week 4 | Run. Shoot. Score

• Cradling/Dodging
• Ground Balls
• Shooting
